About DR. KARLA ISAACS

Dr. Karla Isaacs is a Columbia-trained orthodontist who brings to her practice both a fund of knowledge and breadth of clinical orthodontic modalities obtained from more than 15 years as an orthodontic specialist. She is a long time owner and director of 2 previous dental and orthodontic practices in New York City, having successfully seen both from their inception to their now 10+ years in operation. Having started as an associate orthodontist working many hours in multiple practices in the New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania areas, she has concomitantly maintained similar employment even throughout practice ownership, facilitating her objective of maximizing opportunities for treatment plan development, as well as execution, in diverse areas with diverging populations. This rigorous level of commitment has allowed her to remain on the cutting edge of orthodontic innovations, employ a multitude of treatment plans and bracket systems, and develop a special interest in the popular Invisalign application.

Dr. Isaacs, from a family of physicians, has always dreamed of pursuing a career in orthodontics, thus the opportunity to open an orthodontic practice in her home state of New Jersey represents the culmination of her unparalleled work ethic, ambition, and tenacity. She is a happily married mother of two children. When she is not working, the majority of her time is spent supporting their active participation in dance, gymnastics, musical instruction, and singing. She avidly encourages their participation in many competitions both locally and nationally, as well as the entrepreneurial spirit which they have demonstrated.
